Minimise configuration risk before burnout, collapse, or a toxic floor becomes irreversible
CM_VAIS is a recoverability and risk system for companies, teams and people. It treats the organisation as a two-sided tube: overload (tearing) on one exit, under-challenge (stagnation) on the other. The aim is simple — keep residual capacity inside a recoverable range so you avoid preventable burnouts, performance crashes, silent attrition, and the kinds of workplace failures that only look sudden after the fact.

Company tube
Independent lifeline for the organisation — not the average of employees. Demand vs support over time, with recovery under budget and horizon.
Team & journals
Daily load entries, early warning, Recovery Lab. Distinct from personal data. Management sees configuration risk, not private detail.
Stay in Range
Individual optimal tube. Private by design. Employer may sponsor access; personal data is never mixed into company storage.
Restricted live tube
Interactive preview only. Parameters are simplified for demonstration. Production engine, weights and falsification rules are licensed — not published here.
Adjust synthetic load (demo model only)
↑ Tearing exit
Too much demand without support — acute burn, attrition risk, quality collapse.
↓ Stagnation exit
Too much support without challenge — chronic underuse, skill decay, silent exit risk.
Both are exits from the tube — not “good stress.” Full recovery protocols, engine weights, and falsification ledger unlock after personal install.
🔒 Demo uses a simplified public model. Production arithmetic is not shown.
Why CM_VAIS is a must-have
Most tools show output. Attrition, burnout and quality collapse show up after the configuration has already left the recoverable range. CM_VAIS is built for the gap in between.
1. Risk management, not another survey
Burnout, toxic load, performance collapse and “sudden” exits are configuration failures. CM_VAIS surfaces rising recovery cost while output still looks fine — early enough to act.
2. Both exits, not one story
Overload (tearing) and under-challenge (stagnation) both destroy capacity. One-sided “push harder” or “rest more” programmes miss half the geometry — and recreate the same failures under a new name.
3. Company ≠ average of people
Company tube and individual tubes are distinct configurations. Averaging hides the organisation’s own lifeline; collapsing everything into one diary hides the person.
4. Configuration-specific install
Your floor is not a template. Variables, references and workflows are fitted by the architect. The private master stays with CM; you get a licensed, testable deployment.
5. Outcomes you can hold us to
Pilots are bounded with pass/fail conditions written first. If the warning does not precede the problems you already care about, the pilot failed — cleanly.
6. Cheaper than one preventable exit wave
Replacement cost for a skilled agent or specialist is routinely a large fraction of annual salary. One avoided cluster of exits often exceeds a year’s licence. See the calculator below.
What it can save — illustrative model
Industry-typical replacement and absenteeism costs, applied to your headcount. Not a CM_VAIS customer case study and not a guarantee — a planning scenario for the pilot conversation.
Assumptions: replacement cost is a standard HR planning range (often 30–150% of salary depending on role). Avoidable share is a pilot hypothesis, not a promised result. Absenteeism line uses a simple cost-of-day estimate. Currency amounts use approximate mid-market conversion for display only (not live bank rates). Final ROI is graded by your written pilot outcomes — not by this calculator.

What a licensed client gets
After a bounded pilot and personal install by the architect — not a download of this public demo.
- Client-specific configuration of variables, loads and references
- Company tube + workplace journals + team early warning
- Recovery Lab with confirmation rules you can hold us to
- Role-based visibility (ops vs personal data separation)
- Training / handover as scoped in the engagement
- Not: open-source engine, training rights on the corpus, or transfer of the private master
